3.5 Mobile Number Verification. Account registration on 689ph requires a valid, active Philippine mobile number, which will be verified via OTP (One-Time Password). The registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and recovery contact. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered number. 689ph is not liable for any loss of account access resulting from a change in your mobile number without prior update to your account settings.
4.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 689ph login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

14.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach by the Player, 689ph reserves the right to withhold the Account balance to offset any losses, costs, or liabilities caused by the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons not constituting a Player breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after completion of any required compliance review.
14.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your 689ph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets and active bonuses at the time of closure will be cancelled.
